Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Chalabian is a practicing commercial lawyer with focus on corporate and commercial transactions in the mining and property industries. 

Mr Chalabian was appointed a Director in June 2008.

ANTHONY ROBERTS
Executive Director
Mr Roberts is a mining engineer with over 40 years experience in the mining industry.

Tony has substantial experience in the area of operations and mine management. He has also lead logistical and contract negotiation activities in the mining sector.

Mr Roberts was appointed an Executive Director on 8 December 2010.

VINCE FAYAD
Executive Director
Vince is a director of Lawler Corporate Finance Limited and has had approximately 30 years of experience in Corporate Finace, Accounting and other advisory related services. Over the last 10 years, Vince has spent a significant of time advising on various transactions that are related to the mining industry. Vince has also been heavily involved with East Coast for 4 years prior to his appointment as a Director. Vince is also a DIrector of Exchange Minerals Limited and Chairman of Australian listed company Metalbank Limited.

Mr Fayad was appointed a Director in March 2012.
